What we offer

SubSetHai is a free website that helps families in Lahore plan a wedding budget and find vendors (such as halls, caterers, decorators, photographers and makeup artists) whose prices fit that budget.

• We do not plan or book weddings, and we do not take payments.
• We show prices and details; you contact vendors directly. Any booking or agreement is between you and the vendor.
• “Within your budget” compares a vendor’s listed price with your plan. It does not mean the vendor is available on your date.

Your plan is an estimate

This plan is an estimate. Actual costs vary and depend on many factors such as date, season, guest count, menu, venue, vendor policies and price changes. The information is provided to the best of our knowledge and is based on information shared by listing owners. Please confirm all prices and details directly with each vendor before booking.

Listings and vendors

• Listings are based on information shared by vendors and collected by our team. Each listing shows the date its price was last confirmed. Prices and details can change at any time.
• A Verified label means our team has checked the listing as described on the website. It is not a guarantee of the vendor’s quality, service or prices.
• We are not responsible for what vendors do or do not provide. Please confirm everything (price, what is included, dates, advance and cancellation terms) with the vendor before you pay or book.
• Vendors who want their listing changed or removed can contact us (below).

Your account

• You need an account to save plans and listings, and to see vendors’ phone numbers. One person, one account.
• You must be 18 or older and give correct details.
• Keep your password and verification codes to yourself. You are responsible for your account.
• You can delete your account at any time on the Delete account page. Deletion is permanent.

Fair use

Please do not:

• copy listings or vendor phone numbers in bulk, or use automated tools to collect them;
• create fake accounts, request codes for numbers or emails that are not yours, or misuse the codes;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the website;
• use the website to harass vendors or other people, or for anything unlawful.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The website’s design, text, planner and logo belong to SubSetHai. Your plans belong to you. You may download and share your own plan PDF for your personal use.

Limits of our responsibility

The website is provided free and “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, SubSetHai is not responsible for losses that come from relying on estimates or listings, or from your dealings with vendors.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore will handle any dispute.
